Bouncing for Halibut help

So one of the guys on the site, not going to mention his name (slowplay) was trying to explain what a bounce ball rig looks like for halibut but I searched the web and could not find  a pic.

 

I want to make it myself because I just damn cheap!  Can anyone help me out
