now my little 3.3hp kicker for my dinghy is having problems and I need it fixed before July 4th.  After the fire ;-) she won't start and pisses fuel out of the carb..    I have fired the last 4 mechanics that have stepped on board slowplay (within hours) so I don't have the patience for bonehead mechanics nor the time to mess around with this small OB myself.  (I'm too busy keeping up w/ofer's shore walks!) 

I need a recommendation on a good small OB mechanic ...  

 lil'slowplay will be bummed if she's not running by July 4th,,,
