Sorry for the late post. This is from last Saturday 10/08/11. Fished some local spots for bass with Silver Ghost. Drift was slow and so was the bite. Only pick up a couple of sandies but they were nice sized.

Headed back inside to try and drift for some halibuts. Got some new bonceball rigs from a friend and set up for a couple of drifts. The wind had picked up which works great for us. Drift was about 1mph. After about 90mins the stern rod starts shaking and a nice 24'' butt came aboard.

Drifted for awhile longer for nothing. Packed it up and headed back in. Nice day on the water.
