Headed out solo for Halibut today. Greeted with some fog, same cool 58* to 60* murky green water. Set up the rigs and very quickly lost what felt like a nice fish before all rigs were in the water. Kept working the same area in 45 to 55 feet of water till 12 noon. One by one I was rewarded with 4 nice Halibut from 26 inches to 35 inches. Had 5 other bites, one I am sure was a small shark, lost 2 that were sure Hallies and the 4th, a maybe. Would have been nice to finish the TAT with a limit, but still very happy with a great day.

1. Solo?!?! Text me Dan, it's been a loooong time, that boat is too nice for just one guy :) by bzroller

Dude, I think your right,  I'm gonna have to give this bounceballin' a try. Those are some friggin' nice fish! I was hoping to get out one last time before the tournament ended but it looks like I'm pullin' an all nighter here at work. (bummer!) Anyway NICE JOB!
