Met up with D4L for some BounceBallin at 6am . Very cool crisp morning. Water temps were at 57* to 58*. We should have launched earlier and gone ot to 90 feet of water and made some squid as it was easy on Wednesday night when I did an unproductive overnight solo run to the Ben Weston area of Catalina looking for some Yellows or WSB. Only got +160 lb BSB shortly after daybreak, but was still a great solo trip. Back to Saturday, D4L was the hot stick with a small Thresher (released)on the one Thresher rig we had out. He also got a nice 28 inch Butt a little later on the dodger/sardine. We had a couple of other Hallie bites that didn't hook up. Was hoping for more activity, we shall see this next week.  

 Maybe you should try my new technique!?
