on monday i fished a short while just outside of mission bay. i bounced for the last hour of the outgoing, the slack, and 2 hours of incoming. not really all that productive for me..... 20-75' , south toward pt loma and north a touch outside of pacific beach. in and out of structure and also some sandy areas.........  lost 2 rigs. no butts for me, just some by-catch in the form of shallow water rockfish, bass, and lizards. i gotta find out if i completely suck a halibut fishing or not. im coming your way guys. LOOK OUT!!!!!
