i have given up for the year..i cant spend the money i need to..i need new line and some weights and hooks but we cant get that right now..were still struggling to survive but all my hobbies have become 2 much of a hassle..so looks like i will try again next year

cody,  how did you go thru the couple thousand yards  of line i brought over to you?

ive been lining reels and getting $ for it..plus my bigger openfaces dont do so well with 20#..they wrk best with 40#..

Wow you ended up selling all that line he gave you, that sucks! No wonder your not getting many fish either your fishing to heavy of line. Your reels should work better with lighter line also, it will help you learn to land a fish instead of just muscling them in on 40#.

 

Your like Debbie Downer Cody, every post I read from you is just all negative. You need to look at the brighter side of life. Know how many times I fish and dont catch anything but just being out on the water relaxing and enjoying the moment is what its all about lil man. Its hard for people to help out right now and then when they see what happens to the stuff they help you out with Im sure it makes them feel like they should not have gotten involved in the first place. Just a little lesson ok be more positive even when things are bad.

i understand the whole thing..i fish just 2 b out there..i dont care or expact to catch anything but its just where i'm restricted to fishing that sucks..the people everywhere i go are such assholes..and on top of that i keep spending money i dont have..thats why i sold the line so i could buy bait money and give my parents gas $ so they can take me...and im allways such a downer because no matter how hard or how many times for however long i look up..i never see anything but what i look at when im looking down..

Stand tall lil bro , things are hard all over .
keep a + tude and outlook,if things seem tough ,
step back and look at the big picture.
your young, with everything life has to offer ahead of you.
and always remember,there are millions of people ,with lifes issues
far beyond your wildest dreams right now! so stay strong for family and friends.
