had a steady pic on the fish this friday. went out on spencers boat and parked it against the kelp in pt loma. we used whole squid for bait and produced a nice mixed bag. fish count was, 1 large soupfin, 1 bsb, 6 sandies, 4 calicos, a few sculpin, and a few rockfish. we also lost a few larger models including either a wsb or bsb that we saw at deep color before parting the 15# all fish were released with the exception of 3 sandies. the bsb was eager to swim down and required no revival.
i fish every chance i get.

Way to score of some turd rollers!! That BSB looks sweet, way to go on the release also.

Nice work fishman. Thanks for the pics. I was wondering if anyone was ever going to go fishing this winter.
