Up early Saturday morning , catch a few mac's for bait at start lookin. They are everywhere. Get after them and have some fun. Went 1 for 4 on the 40# mono , 6/0 longshank hook. 2 threw the hook, 1 bit it off and this one was hooked just right to be invited aboard for a photo. No gaff was used , T-shark unharmed. Guess 65 to 70#s. This is easy , fun , inexpensive , exciting fishing on standard inshore gear.
