Our Online Tournament: Step-by-Step guide

General Rules:
(Check the rules & points pages for details. These are just guidelines)
  • Fish can be caught anywhere in Southern California. There is no home port.
  • Each Tournament allows for different species. Most allow for multiple species.
  • Points are awarded per fish. Weight does not matter but limits apply.
How to get Points:

1) Take a picture of your fish with the official tournament shirt or tournament card (TAT card) and post it to the correct tournament forum. (Each tournament has a special TAT card and available for download on this site.)

2) Once your photo entry is reviewed and approved by the socaloffshore TAT team, points and virtual capture flags are awarded. Points are calculated on species and quantity not weight. Each tournament has it's own points schedule which is posted before the start of the tournament.

3) After you receive your confirmation email from the tournament team, go check the leaderboard and your profile page for points and awards.
